Main Features

THICKEST THERMAL PAPER - FreeX Labels are made of 75 GSM (grams per square meter) thermal paper, making them 50% thicker than the industry standard 50-60 GSM. With this unrivaled thickness, our FreeX label paper is truly smudge-proof, and oil & water-resistant. Ensuring the darkest and clearest high-resolution printing of images and words! No more worrying about splotchy, faded, and illegible labels.

STRONGEST SELF-ADHESIVE GLUE - FreeX premium labels come with 16 GSM hot-melt glue (compared to the regular standard of 10-12 GSM). No edge rips on your labels! No more wasting time having to re-attach flimsy labels to packages!

EASIEST PEEL OFF AND LOWEST PAPER JAM - Your daily printing frustrations matter to us! To make sure you have fewer paper skips, jams, and an easy peel-off process, we use the premium 60 GSM white glassine underneath our thick thermal paper.

SGS CERTIFIED BPA-FREE - At FreeX we pride ourselves on being SGS certified (Ref No. CAN20-029558). Our tested labels don't contain carcinogens of any kind to prevent endocrine disorders like other labels. FreeX labels don't just get the job done, they keep you safe!

SUPERIOR COMPATIBILITY WITH MOST THERMAL PRINTERS - While we suggest using FreeX labels with the FreeX Wireless Printer, we are confident in the compatibility of our labels with ALL other thermal printers that accept non-proprietary labels. Compatible with Munbyn, Rollo, and BeePrt. NOT COMPATIBLE with Zebra ZD420, Brother QL-1110NWB, and DYMO Label Printer 4XL.

Decent, but I've had better peel-off.

I'm a bit torn on these. The giant 600-label roll is great and the adhesive is very strong. However, the "EASIEST PEEL OFF" claim feels a bit exaggerated to me. I find the backing paper is a bit stiff, and sometimes it's hard to separate the label from the glassine at the corner. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's a noticeable friction point in my workflow.

Read the bad reviews first...

I saw the people complaining about DYMO and Brother printers, so I was a bit nervous. I have a regular old Rollo printer (the turtle one) and I can confirm these labels work perfectly. No issues at all. The printer picked up the label size immediately. The glue is definitely stronger than the last batch of labels I had.

Great value for the money

Can't beat the cost per label on these, especially for the quality. Sticking with these for the foreseeable future.

Good, but wish they'd use less tape

The labels are great. 5-star adhesive and the 600 count is a lifesaver. But the piece of tape holding the roll together is super aggressive. It always ruins the first 2-3 labels on the roll, which is annoying. A small complaint for an otherwise excellent product.

Good but the roll is HUGE

This is a 4-star review for a silly reason: the roll is so big it doesn't fit inside my compact thermal printer! (My fault, I should have checked). The labels themselves are fantastic, I'm just feeding them from behind the printer. They are very sticky and print quality is great. Just be sure to check if your printer's internal compartment can handle a roll this large.

A relief for my side hustle

I started a clothing resale business during my kid's naptime. I have maybe an hour a day to pack orders. I CANNOT afford printer jams. These have been a lifesaver. I loaded the roll a month ago and it just... works. Every time. I've probably printed 100 labels and haven't had a single issue. Thank you!!

I guess they're worth the price

Look. They're not the cheapest labels out there. But the cheap ones I bought before jammed my machine constantly and I swear the glue was just suggestion. These FreeX ones actually work. The adhesive is legit and they feed smoothly. My time is worth more than the few dollars I save fighting with garbage labels. So, I'll keep buying them. Grudgingly.

these are... fine?

I don't get the hype. They work, yes. But they feel thinner than the labels that came with my printer. And the tape they use to hold the roll closed left a sticky residue on the first two labels, had to throw them away. For the price I guess I expected them to feel more "premium." They stick okay though.

Finally... peace and quiet.

My old labels (pretty sure they were Rollo brand) made my printer squeak and I'd get a misfeed every 20-30 labels. It was just enough to be infuriating. I've printed over 200 of these Freex labels so far on this first roll and it's been... quiet. Smooth. No jams. The backing paper just feels slicker. I can finally pack orders without wanting to throw my printer out the window.
