FreeX premium direct thermal labels with Triple-Proof (smudge-proof, water-resistant, and oil-resistant).

It has the Industry HIGHEST Standard labels manufacturing specifications:

  • STICKIER: 16 GSM Hotmelt Glue (vs regular 10-12 GSM)
  • SMOOTHER: 60 GSM White Glassine (vs regular 30-45 GSM)

Attention: Due to unprecedented demand, SuperRoll is currently experiencing a backlog. New orders will be dispatched within a one- to two-month timeframe

Main Features

THICKEST THERMAL PAPER - FreeX Labels are made of 75 GSM (grams per square meter) thermal paper, making them 50% thicker than the industry standard 50-60 GSM. With this unrivaled thickness, our FreeX label paper is truly smudge-proof, and oil & water-resistant. Ensuring the darkest and clearest high-resolution printing of images and words! No more worrying about splotchy, faded, and illegible labels.

STRONGEST SELF-ADHESIVE GLUE - FreeX premium labels come with 16 GSM hot-melt glue (compared to the regular standard of 10-12 GSM). No edge rips on your labels! No more wasting time having to re-attach flimsy labels to packages!

EASIEST PEEL OFF AND LOWEST PAPER JAM - Your daily printing frustrations matter to us! To make sure you have fewer paper skips, jams, and an easy peel-off process, we use the premium 60 GSM white glassine underneath our thick thermal paper.

SGS CERTIFIED BPA-FREE - At FreeX we pride ourselves on being SGS certified (Ref No. CAN20-029558). Our tested labels don't contain carcinogens of any kind to prevent endocrine disorders like other labels. FreeX labels don't just get the job done, they keep you safe!

SUPERIOR COMPATIBILITY WITH MOST THERMAL PRINTERS - While we suggest using FreeX labels with the FreeX Wireless Printer, we are confident in the compatibility of our labels with ALL other thermal printers that accept non-proprietary labels. Compatible with Munbyn, Rollo, and BeePrt. NOT COMPATIBLE with Zebra ZD420, Brother QL-1110NWB, and DYMO Label Printer 4XL.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A DYMO 4XL

The product description says "SUPERIOR COMPATIBILITY" in big letters but then you have to read the fine print to see it's NOT compatible with a DYMO. Wasted 30 minutes and about 10 labels trying to get this to work with my 4XL before I came back to the product page and saw the exclusion list. It should be much clearer. Complete waste of money for me.

Bookstore Bounce

In January 2026, my second-hand bookstore launched its first online shipping service. I had been wary of thermal labels, fearing high costs and jam issues I’d experienced in college. But after reading about FreeX SuperRoll’s 600-label capacity and super-strong hot-melt glue, I took a chance. The first roll printed over 1,200 labels (I had cut each into two stickers for genre tagging), and I only refilled once. My cats live in the store and are notorious for knocking things—one curious kitten toppled the printer mid-run, but when I picked it up, not a single label was misaligned or jammed back into the printer—it simply kept going. Customers have praised the neat package presentation, and I’ve noticed a 15% drop in return inquiries due to label tears. The SGS-certified BPA-free quality also reassures my customers who use acid-free archival materials. It felt like a small change, but it elevated my professional image overnight. I’m genuinely impressed and plan to buy in bulk for the next year.

Warehouse Marathon Hero

In late June, our fulfillment warehouse faced a sudden surge of orders—over 5,000 packages within 48 hours during a flash sale. Our old Rollo-compatible generic labels choked our printers with jams and misfeeds, causing a backlog that risked late deliveries. We switched to FreeX SuperRoll labels midway through the sale, and the difference was staggering. The premium 60 GSM glassine backing ensured each label dispensed smoothly under high-speed printing. The 16 GSM hot-melt adhesive held firm on every package type we used—cardboard mailers, padded envelopes, and even plastic polybags. Because these labels accept any standard thermal printer, we ran them on our Munbyn, BeePrt, and a legacy Brother QL-570 at 4-inch/sec without a single hiccup. The BPA-free certification is a bonus for our organic skincare line, where packaging safety matters. By the sale’s end, our downtime dropped by 90%, and customer complaints about missing or peeling labels fell to zero. FreeX SuperRoll saved our promotional event from disaster and boosted customer trust in our brand. We’ve now standardized them across all operations, and they’ll be a staple in our process for years to come.

Managing my monthly subscription boxes, I need consistent label quality. The FreeX SuperRoll labels never disappoint. I ran a test on curved surfaces—cylindrical candles and curved jars—and the adhesive held perfectly without wrinkles. Even better, the glassine backing makes peeling a one-handed job, speeding up my assembly line. Customers rave about the neat appearance and sharp thermal prints. I save so much time and money over traditional rolls with proprietary feeds. This product is worth every penny.

The Stickiest Labels I've Ever Used

No joke, the glue on these is SERIOUS. My previous labels (from another brand on Amazon) would sometimes lift at the corners if the box was a little dusty. These FreeX labels just don't move once you put them on. Had one package get rained on and the label was still perfectly intact.

Inkjet Escape

I used to print labels with my HP OfficeJet for my family business. It was messy, slow, and ink cost killed profits. FreeX SuperRoll transformed my labeling overnight—thermal prints were crisp, feed was jam-free, and adhesive held through transit. At 600 labels per roll, I cut my supply costs by 50%. Significant ROI in just one month.

Chill-Tested Durability

My small wine subscription business needs durability. FreeX labels survive chilling to 34°F without edge lifts. I tested them by refrigerating finished packages overnight, and when they thawed, the adhesive remained strong—no peeling or moisture rips. The glassine backing made loading the labels in my Munbyn printer painless, even at high speeds. I appreciate the non-proprietary compatibility—saves me switching between rolls. The 600-label capacity reduces downtime, and I can plan orders weeks in advance. For any beverage business, I can’t recommend these more.

Fine, but not amazing.

They work. The roll is big which is nice. But I've had two jams in the first 100 labels, which is more than I had with my old brand. I have to feed it a little more carefully than I'd like. The adhesive is good, I'll give them that. They're okay, but I'm not sure I'd buy them again. I might try another brand next time to see if the jamming issue is my printer or the labels.

Hi Maria,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our FreeX Commercial-grade 4x6 Shipping Thermal Labels. We're glad to hear that they are working for you and that you appreciate the larger roll size. We apologize for the jamming issues you have experienced and we understand how frustrating that can be. We will definitely pass this feedback along to our team for further improvements. If you need any free replacement, please let us know!

Best,
FreeX Customer Service Team

Pop-Up Label Legend

As someone who runs a weekend pop-up Etsy stall for handmade soaps, I needed labels that I could trust in crowded market conditions. FreeX SuperRoll labels stick on bags with no issue, even when I pack them in gift boxes with ribbon. They peeled off cleanly, and the glassine backing minimized jams during my busy morning setup. The roll capacity meant I didn’t switch rolls mid-event. BPA-free certification is reassuring when labeling bath products. Highly recommend for any maker who needs reliability on the go.

Flash Sale Savior

I’ve used thermal labels for years but FreeX SuperRoll raised the bar. In early July, I ran a 2,000-label print marathon for my quarterly shipments—no jams, no misfeeds, nothing peeled prematurely. The premium 60 GSM glassine backing ensures each label detaches cleanly, and the 16 GSM hot-melt glue adheres instantly, even on my textured Kraft boxes. Switching from DYMO 4XL branded rolls saved me 25% per label without sacrificing quality. The BPA-free certification is a big plus for my food-grade products. Honestly, this has become the cornerstone of my packaging workflow.
