It's a great printer. Fast, easy, reliable. I just wish it came in black to match the rest of my desk setup.
I used a Zebra ZP450 at my old job and it was a reliable tank, but it was also loud, ugly, and a pain to set up drivers for. This little FreeX printer is basically silent in comparison, looks a thousand times better on my desk, and the AirPrint feature is pure magic. No drivers! It's just as fast for my purposes. This is a massive upgrade for a home office setup.
Switched from RolloPro, and the FreeX WiFiMAX leaves it in the dust. No more external label stacks, and Wi-Fi printing from MacBook is rock solid. My desk thanks me.
It's a great 4x6 shipping label printer. Prints fast, quality is good. My only complaint is that the included power brick cable is a little short for my setup. Had to use an extension cord.
Switched from my old DYMO and wow. FreeX SuperRoll’s Wi-Fi is rock solid. No more dropped prints and I love the built-in roll design. Totally worth it.
Ditching my Brother QL for the FreeX 4x6 printer was easy. AirPrint on iOS and universal Wi-Fi work flawlessly. Only gripe: occasional label curl after long runs.
170 mm/s printing feels like sci-fi. Barcodes scan first time every time. Lifespan claim of 150 km seems legit.
I run a small candle business and print about 50-100 labels a week. It's been great for the most part, but I did have a label get jammed in the mechanism once. It wasn't hard to clear, but still, it wasn't a great moment. Overall it's been reliable 99% of the time.
As a weekend Etsy seller, I needed something quiet and reliable. The FreeX SuperRoll thermal printer impressed me—labels pop out in under a second at 170 mm/s and scan flawlessly on USPS and ShipStation. The built-in roll holder is genius (600 labels). I’ve printed over 500 labels so far with zero jams. Bravo.
I ditched my Brother QL for FreeX WiFiMAX. The driverless AirPrint on iPad and macOS is seamless. Speed’s insane. Wish the software dashboard had more settings.
