Works perfect with PirateShip.

I was worried about compatibility, but I use Pirate Ship for all my labels and my Windows 11 PC detected the FreeX printer immediately after I installed the drivers. It shows up as an option and prints perfectly formatted labels every time. Zero issues.

Lifetime Label Roll is Real

I printed over 2,000 labels last month and still have so much life left in the SuperRoll—phenomenal reliability and savings.

The definition of a workhorse

We use this in our small warehouse for all our outbound shipments. It prints hundreds of labels a day without a single complaint. It's fast, reliable, and the ability to use any thermal labels we find on sale saves us a fortune. Great value. EDIT (6 months later): Just wanted to update that this thing is still running like a champ. We've probably printed 30,000+ labels on it by now. No change in quality or speed. Truly a commercial-grade machine.

Almost Perfect, Just One Quirk

I switched from a Brother wireless model and was blown away by the FreeX’s stability—no more random dropped connections mid-print. The footprint is ridiculously compact (it swallowed my old Brother’s clunky paper tray), and 203 dpi at 170 mm/s produces crisp barcodes every time. My only gripe is the label-loading mechanism: it took me two tries to seat the roll correctly. Once set, though, it hummed along flawlessly, printing hundreds of labels without hiccups. If someone could streamline that first loading step (which Brother nailed), this would easily be a five-star device.

Better than my old Brother, but...

I switched from a Brother QL-1110NWB. The good news is the WiFi on this FreeX is definitely more stable, which was my main goal. The Brother would drop connection constantly. The bad news is I do miss how easy the drop-in label rolls were on the Brother. Feeding the roll through this Freex printer is a little more finicky. It's a solid upgrade overall, but not a perfect one.

The best investment I've made for my shop.

I hesitated for a year before getting a thermal printer. Don't be like me. This Freex printer saves me time, money (no more ink!), and stress. It works flawlessly with Etsy and the print quality is perfect for barcodes.

Space Saver

Tiny footprint, huge shipping convenience.

The wifi is actually stable!

I was so skeptical because every other "wireless" device I own seems to be flaky. But I've had this for a month, printing from a laptop in a different room than the printer, and it has not failed me once. The signal is solid. I'm impressed.

Lightning-Fast Labels Every Time

Finally, I can batch-print shipping labels without buffering or blips. FreeX’s 170 mm/s speed outpaces my old inkjet by 20×, and the clarity at 203 dpi is chef’s kiss. The internal 600-label roll holder has saved me 30 minutes of loading per week. Love it!
