I bought this refurbished FreeX USB SuperRoll hoping for a budget-friendly upgrade, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The printer jammed twice on the same roll before I even printed ten labels, and the driver installation crashed my system once. The lack of any wireless connectivity limits my mobile workflow, and I find myself missing the seamless AirPrint feature of my old printer. I expected better quality control for a certified refurbished product. On the plus side, label clarity is decent, but not enough to justify the hassles.
